Hi Cousins,

I've been a subscriber to the Cronk/Crank/Crunk list and have seen
*no* activity yet, so I figure I'll try to start a little. Would
some of you please post your CRUNK lines or CRUNK family info --
even if you don't have questions.

I've got a few sideline Crunks/Cranks that I've been communicating
via email and would like to meet more people researching CRUNK and
CRANK surname. Or if you'd rather not post, please send me email
(privately OK) so we can compare notes.

I am descendant of Zaselda/Zerelda CRUNK b. 1827 AL m. William
DAVIS 12 Oct 1843, Rusk Co. TX d. ca 1852. I have reason to
believe she was the daughter of John W. CRUNK bca. 1800 VA m.
Louisa MAYES or possibly Paschal CRUNK b. 1799 VA. Both of these
men settled in Cherokee Co. TX.
