Cousin Jo,
Crush some dried or fresh and add a little to a salad. Use a lemon juice,
oil and garlic dressing with it. It is wonderful!
How about some mint tea? Add it to yogurt with a little salt and use it as a
dip for vegetables or a sauce for grilled meat.
It should keep for quite awhile when it is dried.
