My ggrandfather John Perry Covington came to Illinois in between 1830 and 1840 from Warren County KY. He was married in KY wife died when he came to Illinois he married Abigial Ewing, she took care of his children but the children also died. Does Warren County have a court house or anywhere I could write for birth, marriage and death records? Thank you Cara Suchman
