Can anyone help me with further information on these Coventry and Croxton
families from Cheshire and Liverpool?

My GG grandfather Joseph Coventry, was born around 1806 in Neston, Cheshire,
and was a farmer. He married Ann Croxton, born around 1814 Hoylake,
Cheshire. They married 17 September 1835 St Martin, Liverpool. Ann's
mother may have been Margaret Croxton. I have no other info on them.

They had my G grandfather, James Coventry, born 5 February 1843 in Hoose,
Wirral, Hoylake, Cheshire. James was a mariner and when he was 26 he
married Ann O'Brien on 28 July 1869 at St Anthony's Chapel, Scotland Road,
Liverpool. They had sons Joseph, Walter, John (my grandfather), James and
George - all born in Liverpool.
