I can't help you with Bickley's - but your last name is Soanes. My mother was a Goldsmith from Lowestoft - we've traced our family back in Suffolk/Norfolk for several generations. I'm looking for more info on Elizabeth Soanes B? D 1808 who was married to Phillip Goldsmith B1750, D1819. Phillip's father was Richard Goldspink (the spink and smith appear to change through the generations) and his mother Elizabeth? We have nothing else on the Soanes. Do you know if you are in Elizabeth's line?
