Your reply to Lynne Coventry was most interesting. Wouldn't be surprised if there's a connection. I haven't been able to get beyond Newark NJ., 1850: G-G-Grandfather. Had no luck with immigration records of Canada on Cindy's List but, feel that's a very good possibility. Haven't delved into geneology since reunion Aug 2000. Need to get started again thanks to the Msg Brd. (By the way, I have a daughter, Illena)--close, huh?...and...there are William, James & George in my line...also Wallace, Walter & then some.
