I am looking for someone with info on William Coventry who lived in Mercer
County, Kentucky and leased land on Chaplin Fork area in 1785 and 1789. He
gave his surity bond in the marriage of Richard SENIT (SINNETT) and Mary CATES
on September 20, 1786 in Virginia.

This William COVENTRY's land changes hands between the two men. Richard
SINNETT leases or gives an option for William to buy the land in Nov. 1785.
Would like to correspond with anyone with an interest in either of these two
