Hi to all,

I've just joined this list and wish to post the tiny bit of known
Coventry data from my husband's family. His paternal grandmother was
Marie Eva Coventry, born in Ausable, NY on 6 April 1891. Her father was
William Arthur Coventry, born @ the Civil War, died 1937 in Burlington,
VT. His siblings were James, Kate, and another girl, name unknown. He
was married to Lucy Giboux (sp?). They had 4 children, Marie Eva,
William Arthur, Mary Grace and Mary Elizabeth.

Marie Eva married Edward Lee Wallace, settled in Poughkeepsie, NY, and
had 5 children, of whom William Arthur was my husband's father. They
also lived in the Schuylerville, NY area.

I haven't had opportunity to research further on the Coventrys of NY
and would love to hear from anyone with some clues, connections, etc. I
will post more as I discover it. Thanks.
