Good Morning All--tho' what's good about it here in SWLondon
is beyond me. Back to the gloomy skies and drizzle.

Thank you to all who wrote regarding my hopes that some MAY
have found a name in previous postings.

In the second entry(dd 1760)yesterday I queried the surname
differences between father and son. After posting to the list,I was
re-thinking the matter and although I've not consulted the original
document yet(if you could see the mountain of stuff I have you would
understand why) it occurs to me that the father's name that I recorded
as "Clother",may in fact be "clothier"--his occupation. Sorry!

The first part of today's episode is basically names that I have extracted
from a few older family papers.
