Hi List,
It has just been brought to my attention by Gene Cope, the sum of the DNA markers will not work because some markers are off by a positive and some are off negative. This, however is a good rule of thumb between two donors (just keep in mind the +/- values). The simpelest method, remains the same, compare each marker for a match.
