Warren Fowler Coe, 89, of Lodi died Wednesday at Lodi Memorial West
Hospital.

Mr. Coe was a native of Lodi. He lived in Modesto and Waterford from 1971
to 1995. He was the owner of Coe's Service Station, Lodi, and later manager
at Garvey Tire, Modesto. He was also associated with Coe Realty in Modesto.
He was a national champion in horseshoes and a state champion in doubles
bowling. He was a member of Lodi Masonic Lodge No. 256 Free & Associated
Masons, Shrine Temple of Modesto, S.O.S. and United Congregational Christian
Church, Lodi.

He is survived by his children, Colleen Norby of Modesto and Wendy Coe of
Stockton; sister, Maybelle Michaelis of San Francisco; and two
grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the United
Congregational Christian Church, Lodi. Private burial will be at Lodi
Memorial Cemetery. Gierhart-Wells & Donahue Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.

Warren Fowler Coe, 89, of Lodi died Wednesday in a hospital. Mr. Coe was
born in Lodi. He lived there until 1971, then moved to Modesto and Waterford
before moving back to Lodi in 1995. Mr. Coe worked for L.K. Marshall,
Standard Oil and was owner of Coe's Service Station. In 1971, he moved to
Modesto, where he managed Garvey Tire until his retirement. He was a member
of United Congregational Christian Church, Masonic Lodge 256 Free and
Accepted Order and Shrine Temple.

Survivors: daughters, Colleen Norby of Modesto and Wendy Coe of Stockton;
sister, Maybelle Michaelis of San Francisco; and two grandchildren.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday, United Congregational Christian Church, 701 S.
Hutchins St. Visitation: none. Committal: private. Mortuary: Gierhart-Wells
& Donahue Funeral Home. Memorials: Shriners Hospital for Children, 2425
