STEELE, RUBY & CLOYD
We are looking for the parents of Valentine STEELE, I am doing my book this
winter and would love to get VALENTINE a father by then, this has been my
biggest dead in!
VALENTINE STEELE born in Pennsylvania about 1788, in Mercer Co, Ky census
1840 to 1860. Died before 1866, (heirs sold land); married MARY RUBY, 1812 in
Adair Co, KY. His son, WILLIAM H. STEELE (born 12/2/1820 in Ky.
& died 10/2/1911 in Washington CO, KY) married NANCY J. CLOYD (born 4/14/1822
in Ky. (died 2/1/1906 in Washington CO, Ky.) on 9/28/1841 in Mercer CO, Ky.
Nancy was believed to be daughter of Joseph as he was on her bond in
marriage.
Have descendants looking for ancestors.
