The book is "The Chapin Book of Genealogical Data" compiled by Gilbert Warren Chapin and published in 1924 by the Chapin Family Association. It is in two volumes. Volume 1 is the first seven generations and is 1317 pages. Volume 2 begins with page 1319. Philip Eugene Chapin is in the eighth generation. His information is on pages 1740-1741.
