Thanks for writing. I will be glad to send you what I have but I have just recently found that our Daniel Carter's father was John so I don't have any more info than what was on the Carter DNA site. When I get home from work maybe I can send you a gedcom for this part of my husband's family.

Let's all keep in touch and share what we have. Maybe we can find more on this family yet.

Do you have pictures of places in Greene Co. that would have anything to do with the Carter family? Has anyone ever thought of looking in Virginia or Pennsylvania for the Carter family? I asked about PA because Jemima Carter's husband Thomas Williams is said to have been born in PA. I do a lot of snatching at straws sometimes but sometimes hit the jack pot.
