I checked and there are Presbyterian records for Cootehill Parish
existing from 1822 for baptisms and 1845 for marriages at PRONI in
Belfast. You might check and see if they were filmed also by the
Family History Library:

I have found him under the names of Dixon, Dickson and Dison. I only found him under Dickson and Dison as I was searching for his mother-in-law Eliza Lawson. According to "Automated genealogy" he came to Canada in 1863 so I will probably not be able to find him on any civil records in Ireland. That seems to be my lot in life, ancestors who would did things just before records were kept.
