Go to the Belden's County Atlas site (McGill U library)
http://digital.library.mcgill.ca/countyatlas/SearchMapframes.php
Select township and then you can search by surname and it will show
location.

Listers, is there any way I can find out what concession my people lived
in from the entry in the 1881 census?....this is in Moore Township. And
then, if I have that, is there any way I can tell where TODAY that
concession would be? I'm coming a long ways to see where our ancestors
lived.
