Mehetable austin daughter of Jonathan Campbell and Mary Heines . Mehetable was
born 3 December 1793 and married to Abraham Austin, according to the St Andrews
Episcopal Church Walden New York a Sam Austin and Hetty Campbell was married on
3 December 1793, I know that Hetty is the nick name for Mehitable does anyone
know if Sam could be nickname for Abraham? Also looking for any information on
the family of Abraham and Mehitable.
Their son David C Austin born 26 June 1801 in Orange County NY died 13 September
1850 in Northmoreland Township Wyoming County PA was my G,G,grandfather.He
married 1st to a Martha probably in Orange County NY her last name is unknown ,
2nd marriage to Margaret Ferguson probably in PA. Other children all born in
Orange County NY might possibly be James born 14 August 1803, Hiram born circa
2895, Benjamin born 28 July 1808, John born circa 1816, Maria born circ 1810,
Sarah Jane born circe 1811. Elmira born circa 1813. All information appreciated.
