Help.
I see the list has not been very active the last couple of months.
Maybe someone can help me fine the name of the following congregation which I found in a article in the Brethren At Work a Brethren newspaper.
Brethren at Work Nov. 24, 1879 p 7 Vol. IV No. 48
>From Kirbyville, Mo.
Dear Brethren: -
Allow me to express my heart-felt gratitude for the papers you have so kindly sent me. Brother Harader visited us last August and remained several days. Three were baptized. Our little church consists of nine members. We are in working condition, having two ministers and a deacon. There is some interest here, and we hold meetings every two weeks. Our church was first organized by brother George Barnhart last Winter. James Miner
The town of Kirbyville is located in Taney Co. Mo.
James Miner(Minor) was listed as a minister by 1888. But I can not find he list as a Brethren minister any where in the Brethren material.
