Clemard Mahoney  & Nancy Normand were married in Shenandoah Co., VA in 1817 by Jacob Harshberger, minister of the Gospel.  His name certainly sounds Brethren.  Does anyone know anything about him?  Was there a Brethren church there at that time?  If so, are there any kind of records remaining? Thanks for any help.
