I found a very interesting land record, recorded in Washington Co. MD, which
in the body of the document indicated that Daniel and John Miller had been
sole executors of the "last will and testament of Michael Miller," and that
Michael died in Frederick Co. MD which was later Washington County. John
Miller was listed at the time of the later land record as later residing in
Washington Co. MD, and Daniel was in the area that remained Frederick
County, MD.

SO....

has anyone checked the Frederick Co. courthouse to see if there is any
record there of the will of Michael Miller, or any listed in an index book?
The Floyd Mason book on this Michael Miller claims he left no will, but I
know that has errors. I would think that someone would have found it by now
if it was still there??

AND...

I have never seen any son Daniel Miller attributed to Michael Miller, but he
must have been a son as he was claimed as an "heir at law" of Michael
Miller.
