Can anyone help understand this Wise family's connection to Miller families
in Maryland and Washington Co., Pa.? Specifically,

>An Elizabeth Wise born 1764 in Maryland married a David Miller born 1767.

Certainly, these Wise and Miller families fit based on timing and location.
But, I haven't been able to establish a definitive connection. Any insight
would be appreciated.
