Dear Joe,

I do not have a copy of the deeds but I have utilized deed abstracts from
Holcomb, Deed Abstracts of Tryon, Lincoln, & Rutherford Counties, North
Carolina 1769-1786. This book was published in 1977 by Southern Historical
Press.
