I'm pretty sure that there must be some Driscoll rascals in the world.
I'm sorry, but painting people by their name could be considered offensive. There is no link to the person Wayne is talking about and the people you discuss from Oakland that I can see.

In the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area of California, "Bey" is an infamous
name used by a large family of African Americans who are devout Muslims.
For years they ran a successful Black Muslim bakery in Oakland. The bakery
is now closed and some of the Bey family members are under suspicion of
murdering a journalist who was investigating the bakery.
