Since I am unfamiliar with the Brethren Churches, can anyone tell me the geographical extent of the related Churches in the US? PA seems to be a given, but were there congregations in northern New Jersey or the lower Hudson Valley around Ulster, Orange, Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester Counties, too?

What is the relationship between the Brethern Churches and Lutheranism?
