Is there a list, book, web page, site, encyclopedia that would impart the genealogies of the Amish. I understand Donald Kraybill is the most knowledgeable on this subject but am unable to find his site.

The reason I ask is this question came up on another list and I am just as curious as to whether or not there is a reference for Amish genealogy.
