Ann - Is this "Gathering" like an annual meeting? Do you have any Vanimans from the Montgomery County or Miami County , OH area, or does it not list where they came from? I have been the one lately asking about Vanimans. I just happened to come across the mane again in the "Remarkable Gathering" heading. Thanks, Pam in OH

If Janet doesn't have the indexed 2002 reprinting of "Pleasant Hill," I have
a copy and can look up people for you (the original 1956 edition isn't
indexed). The 2002 reprint's index lists 30 Snells, 2 Hubers (Frank and John, plus
"Family"), 18 Filbruns, 57 (!) Vanimans and 29 Harshbargers. (Some of those
entries look to be duplicates -- for instance, Iva Snell Vaniman shows up under
both Snell and Vaniman).
