A question for the list that hopefully someone can answer. I looked for the minister in the Brethren Encyclopedia under variant surnames to no avail. I also tried going the Maurertown route and struck out on the name of the congregation as well. Any help appreciated.

I was well pleased with the condition of the churches in Maryland, and with the prospects of their crops. I reached Maurertown, Shenandoah Co., Va., July 28th. Found Bro. C. B. Shaver earnestly laboring for the Master's cause.
