I've come across a photograph of a woman in a shawl wearing a large,
wide-brimmed hat with both left and right sides pulled down. On the back of the photo
is written

"Miss Regina Gli[ck?], Bridgewater, Va.
Great-grand-mother's bonnet Oct 31, 1923
The bonnet our sisters used to wear."

Anyone know of a 'Regina Glick'? Only her chin can be seen - but I'd guess
she was in her 60's in 1923.

Would this be a early version of the more familar Brethren black bonnet?
