A BRE post came out about three years ago at the end of a ong thread...it was
a bit humorous - telling how two Brethren engage in a great game of finding
out how they are related.
They meet, are introduced to each other, begin by asking the name of each
other's mother, then of grandparents and cousins. Without success, they go home
and return the next Sunday after reading up on relationships, then go on to
great-grandparents and even more distant cousins. This continues until they
find a common relative, a win-win situation. Or, without success, they
reluctantly end the search - a lose-lose situation.
A great cultural study, even though a bit tongue-in-cheek.
I have no idea how to locate this post. It doesn't seem to fit in any
particular category. The submitting member may have found it at Bridgewater. Any
suggestions?
