Hi Wayne,
You wondered about the names Levi Dogue and William Kree and what church it
mentioned. That is the Sugar Ridge Church of the Brethren in Custer, MI. and
the name should be Levi Dague not Dogue. Both are mentioned in the book
"History of the Brethren in Michigan". William Kree was elected the first minister
for the church. This church is still in Mason Co., MI, about 2.5 miles south
and 1.5 miles west of town.
