My guy, Christopher Folkerth, is found in East Nantmeal Twp of
Chester County starting about 1770 and then in about 1790 he moved to
Frederick County, Maryland.
Christopher was 18 on arrival in 1754, so I have always presumed he
served a period of indenture. But I have not found any evidence
either way ... just a 16 year gap in data between 1754 and 1770.
