Samuel Eiler is listed in Winger, as a deacon (Samuel Eiler Sr) -and as
a minister. I imagine this means that he was a deacon who was advanced
to minister. Nathaniel Lewis is not mentioned. I have not taken the
time to follow the migrations out from Nettle Creek (across Indiana) to
see if Nathaniel Lewis is referenced at other churches.

there is a moderately good genealogy division here at Richmond IN
(Morrison Reeves Library) -on Wayne Co, and partially on adjoining
counties (Henry Co) - I haven't had much contact with them (taught one
of the top ladies in a college class -some years ago).
