Dwayne,

I have the John Brubakers/Anna Myers book written by Marwin Brubaker in Sacramento. It is quite vouminous. I know that John Brubaker and Henry Brubaker were both married on May 1, 1774 in Cocalico Twp., such that many assume they were brothers. Also, Peter Brubaker married Maria Lesher in Cocalico Twp. in 1776 so that indicates a family relationship there as well. Have you come up with any additional information as to these earliest links? My Jacob Brewbaker, found in the 1790 Washington County, MD census, was an early brethren born c1750 and I am speculating that he may have been your John Brubaker's brother.

Richard,

Yes, I and tens of thousands of other Brethren Brubakers descend from John
Brubacher and Anna nee Meyer, daughter of Jacob Meyer of Bethel Township,
Lancaster County.
