Joseph was Dunkard Brethren.

THE VINDICATOR obituary summares include ALL names mentioned in an
obituary.
Names having a * in front of them have obituaries in The Vindicator.
All other names listed are spouses, children, brothers, sisters, etc.
included in an obituary with a *. Parentheses listings are Vindicator
year and page - Year (2003-32).

Isaac and Malissa Root were Church of the Brethren, but their son
Joseph's obituary is included in The Vindicator which lists their names.

Joseph was Dunkard Brethren, but the obituary was submitted to the
Vindicator because an OGBB minister helped with the funeral.
