I am off the Garver lines of Jackson Co., Ava, Ill. On Rt. 4, Ava, Ill. just about 4 miles outside of Ava off on the left hand side as you go to Murphysboro, Ill. there is a corner stone to the Church of the Brethren that still exists. Can you tell me anything about this church. It was eliminated before 1955. That is all I have been able to find out about it.
