I have Esther listed as born about 1813; her parents were Isaac ULERY
Sr (1786-1858) and Barbara GRIPE (1788-1859).
I have Jacob listed as born 1808 in Bedford Co, PA and dying in
Kosciusko Co, IN in 1884; his parents were Jacob METZGER Sr
(1781-1862) and Mary BUTTERBAUGH (1783-1852). No other info.

Is this the same Joseph as in the first entry, above?
The only Joseph METZGER I have is the son of Jacob METZGER Sr
(1781-1862) and Mary BUTTERBAUGH (1783-1852). He was born in 1821 in
Montgomery Co, OH and died in 1889. I do not show any other
information for him. However, if he married and had a family, he
would have been about the right age to be a father of the one you
have listed. Do you know "your" Joseph's parents?

I don't have either of these listed.

I do have a DILLING surname -- a little farther back. Caspar DILLING
and wife Christina PUTERBAUGH had a son Henry Puterbaugh DILLING, b.
1799 Huntingdon Co, PA, d. 1833 Blair Co, PA, m. abt 1823 Bedford Co,
PA Elizabeth HOOVER, b. 1808 Bedford Co, PA, d. 1832 Blair Co, PA.

I can't ID either of these.

The only info I have on this family is that they were married in 1895
and that she was the daughter of Joseph E Gripe (1830-1915) and
Hannah Wolf (1833-1870).
