Diana, I knew that Hampshire Co. VA was familar and did a search in my
Neff records. My 6th great grandfather Jacob Neff's brother, Dr. Francis
Neff, had a son, Henry, who moved to Hampshire Co., VA. Francis and
Jacob had both moved from the Philadelphia area to Frederick Co., MD and
both died there. I believe they had moved to Frederick Co. to be part of
a Brethren community there. Later, Henry moved to Hampshire Co., VA, and
our line moved to Washington Co., PA and later to Ohio and beyond.
