Post thought as I was putting the material away. Some place along the line we established that Elizabeth Mikesell was born 10 May 1793 but I failed to ask for her death date and dates for John W Warner and the name of the cemetery where they are buried.
Rohde in her 1985 Mikesell book listed Andrew Mikesell as being born in Bedford Co PA which I suspect is incorrect. He did die in Miami Co OH but not in Covington as she states. He is buried in Sugar Grove Cemetery which is adjacent to the former Panther Creek [in 1870-80's renamed Sugar Grove] German Baptist Brethren meeting house in Newton twp, Miami Co OH. There is no marker there for his wife Sophia and I suspect he was a widower when he migrated to Ohio with his son William.
