Gasper Rowland arrived in Philadelphia on Oct 12, 1741 from the Rhenish
Palatinate ...from about 1757 to 1762 he was in the Conewago congregations
in Pa.. then lived in Maryland, back to Penna and then with several
children and families moved to North Carolina in 1773... About 1799 he he
moved to Kentucky and probably died there about 1809.
Gasper Rowland, Jr. a grandson was a Brethren minister in Tenn and Ill is
1820s and 1830s.
