The Brethren Encyclopedia lists Philadelphia, PA, Third Brethren Church
(FGBC) in Vol. 2, page 1019. Perhaps this is the church that was referred
to. It only has a short paragraph (no Horsts mentioned) and says "No
information was received from this congregation."
