Is anyone familiar with the history of the Brighton, Indiana, Church of the
Brethren? Or can anyone refer me to someone who may have such information?
The church is located in Greenfield Township, La Grange County, several miles
south of the Michigan border. I am principally interested in whether the
current church or a predecessor church existed in the late 1850s and early
1860s. If so, I would welcome the chance to communicate privately about
several families who may have been members of the congregation during those
years.
