Diane,

My Benjamin moved to New York State about 1823 and from there to Seneca
County, Ohio in 1836. He moved to Minnesota with his wife and their
first children in 1854. He did have a son named Benjamin, but of course
he would have been too young to be your Benjamin. Sorry.
