Brower Cemetery does exist, although it is terribly overgrown and impossible
to get to in the summer months. When I first started to look for it, I would
not have seen it, if it had not been for the time of year ( late winter). It
is on a farm property and it is on the corner of Enterprise and Carlton
Roads. My 3X great grandmother and her son are buried there. We searched
for their head stones, but couldn't find them, although I found a footstone
with DM on it, which are the initials for the son. My grandmothers name was
Catherine Warner Mishler, b. 12-11-1816 , d. 10-3-1851 in Preble Cty. OH. She
was married to David Mishler, b. 11-15-1811 in Stark Cty. Oh and died
3-19-1831 in Preble, but probably Montgomery Cty. The son, also David, died
a year after Catherine at age 10. All the other children were older. The
Mishlers and Warner families were all from around the Montogmery Cty., Mimai
Cty. line in what is now, Union/Phillipsburg area. The Preble Cty. Library
has a small, but very good genealogy section in Eaton , OH. Happy hunting -
