Bob Harter writes, regarding Emanuel FLORY:

>Now, we do have a discrepancy, though. According to the biosketch,

>"dec'd March 9, 1849" With it is a stone for "Elizabeth, wife of Emanuel
>Flory, dec'd September 20, 1855." This would appear to be his second wife.

I am not QUITE in this family, but I descend from two of Emanuel's
siblings. Here's what I have:

1. Emanuel was b. 13 Jul 1776, Washington Twp, Franklin Co, PA.

2. It was his MOTHER, Abraham's wife, who was a BLOCHER, not Emanuel's wife.

3. The name of his first wife was Sarah KEAGY. Her parents were John KEAGY
and Sarah SNEIDER, and her sister Anna married Emanuel's brother Henry.
Henry and Anna are my ancestors.
