Here's some Stump immigration information that I recieved from
LeRena Stump, another researcher, several months ago. I don't
think that there is a simple answer to all of our Stump
questions. Since LeRena Stump offered this to other Stump
researchers, I don't think that she will mind that I'm sharing
it with the list. She's obviously done some pretty serious
resreach and her sources can be easily confirmed.
Sue Stump Douglas
P.S. I'm looking for the father of Adam Stumpf b. 1876 in PA
who married Maria Eisenhauer.

Stump, derives from. Stimel, stimpert, Stimpfig, Stomp,

Now for the Immigrant Info. Please note that the surname is
suppose to be Stump.
