Do any of the Brethren background materials mention (my 3rd gfather) Dr.
Daniel B. Sturgis? I gather he became a Bishop, was some sort of doctor.
He married a Susan unknown. He first appears in IL census in 1840, in
Macoupin County. I'm trying to find out his birthplace and antecedents.
