John was the son of Conrad and Catherine (Hiser) Brumbaugh, Conrad being the
brother of George Yarrick Brumbaugh. His wife was Christianna/Christena
(Metzger) who was the sister of George Yarrick Brumbaugh's wife, Susanna.
