You might try the Hoenstine Rental Library for the book you seek.

For a returnable deposit of $15.00 and a small rental fee you may
have access to the library's 2500 titles. Their collection relates
to Pennsylvania genealogy and history. Contact them at:

P.S. They will copy from their books for you if you know page num-
bers or sections, etc.

I know researchers who rent out-of-print books, without copy-
