Hi K,
The Horner's I am related to are not connected to Hoerner's
that I know of. It seems mine desc. from 'Hanauer' to Horner.
I have info. received from Donovan Yingst several months ago
on the Abraham Hoerner you have with a few more children:
Abraham b. 4/19/1743 Preussen, Germany, wife M. Barbara
Klich b. 10/20/1759 Lebanon, PA children:
M. Barbara b. 1780, John b. 1783, George Philip b. 1785,
Nancy, Jacob b. 1789, Henry chr. 1790, Johann Melchior
chr. 1790, Andrew b. 1792, Anna b. 1794, Michael b. 1797,
and William b. 1801 Hoerner.
Have addt'l desc. of John Hoerner, or his e-mail was
back in January. Hope this is helpful to
you. If you find any connection to Johannes Hanauer(Horner)
b. abt. 1719 Switzerland marr. Anna Elizabeth Groscost who
seem to have been in Hanover, Berwick Twp., York Co., PA
before some of the children moved to Somerset Co., PA please
let me know. Several of Johannes desc. were Brethren ministers,
and married Beeghley's, Forney's, and Kimmel's along with other
Brethren families.
Thanks, Bea
