Carolyn,

Hi, your message caught my eye as I have seen the name of Mazie
Garver
before, she helped with some of the books done on Clark County, IL
by
the Clark County Genealogical Society. You might try writing to them,
if
anyone should know I imagine that they would. I just briefly looked
at a
couple of the books that I have to check for sure and she helped
with
transcribing cemeteries and courthouse information and typing (but
most
of it dates to about 1972) so not sure if she is still living or not.

Are your people from Clark Co? I have quite a bit of information from
there if I
can be of any help to you. It seems that I have tied at least one
Garver into my
husband's line somewhere but not sure off hand.
